By placing an order and making payment for an alcoholic beverage on our website, you are accepting these terms and conditions and confirming that you are aged 18 and over.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
Restriction On Sales/Deliveries
The sale will be declined if the person making a phone order sounds under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.
Delivery/collection will be refused if the recipient appears to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.
Deliveries will not be made to public places such as parks, roadsides or landmarks. Delivery can only be made to a home or business address given at the time of the order.
Acceptable form of ID being passport, photographic drivers licence and PASS accredited photo identification cards.
